Hi friends! π We went to the county fair the other night, and I think that's officially the start of fall for me. We saw all the animals. The goats, the cows, the bunnies with ears longer than my arm, and my friend's llamas, who were looking very proud of themselves. We even saw kangaroos and a porcupine! Then we ate our way through the fairgrounds, because what's the point of going if you don't come home a little too full? My husband got a deep-fried strawberry shortcake, which might be the ultimate fair food. Cake, strawberries, and a trip through the fryer. Only at the fair, right? Fall is my favorite season, hands down. Cooler mornings, cozy sweaters, and my kitchen smelling like cinnamon for the next three months. And nothing says fall quite like apples.
